Since I have the urge to find one, I was wondering which would be simpler/cheaper to use. I see that an Aussie guy and a US guy make magazine "blanks", for $20ish, but also read that the MK1 floor plate would do the same job, but the bolt would have to be removed to get the assembly out and back to mag feed. I don't plan on switching back and forth, so if the MK1 floor plate would save me $15, I would be all for it. Unfortunately, I can't find anything about the floor plate or even a part number.
