That's fine. Your measurments answer my questions. I'd push harder against Bushnell. Your scope should have 24Mil of adjustment but you are getting 19Mil. That's 5Mil less than advertised. If you got half of that for up elevation then you would have an extra 2.5 Mil which should be enough to get you where you need to be. You have 20% less than you expected.
