Choate should come with screws, if new. If screws are needed 1/4X28 allen head screws are needed.

Thanks. I looked at their website and many others that sell choate stocks but none mentioned they came with new screws.

So did you get your stock and did it come with screws? I am in the same predicament.

Please post pics of your setup as I am considering the same stock for my 110 to replace the factory tupperware.

just got my sav 12 bvss 308 and waiting now for my chaote sniper stock,,,,,, should have it any day,,, glad to know about the screws ... thought we would use the factory screws i am new to this ...wonder what the length of the screws would be....also i plan on modify the savage axis stock....i just cant live with the stock that came with it but also i cant bury the gun in the closet but whats good about it it will be a challenge to build or modify an existing stock..

I ordered mine from here...
http://www.tacticalworks.com/Savage-Stocks/?page=3
and it came with both action screws and a trigger guard.

I did have to remove some material in the stock where the trigger sits. The aftermarket Timney trigger would not fit other wise.

Good luck

My LA Ultimate Sniper stock came with the allen screws that someone else mentioned. It had a checklist in the box that it came in, ensuring that all the parts and pieces were there

Here a few pix of the wife's Model 10 Predator LH we put together a few weeks back for her, its chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. The stock works very well for her. Yes I had to do abit of finish work on the trigger guard area, it did come with the proper mounting screws. Like someone else posted, the rear of the receiver doesn't sit flush in the stock, but Choate explains this on their website. For the money the Choate is a very good stock, and the only one right now that I know of, that fits the Model 10 Left hand, short action with the drop box mag.
