Savage 93R17 GV (17 HMR) Magazine question

Okay my brother had a lefty one of these little beauties all setup very nicely and sold it to my Dad. My brother said he looked high and low for a 10 round mag for this sweet little gun.

I'm currently building a very nice .204. But a little 17 HMR gun is a ton of fun and excellent for shooting around the houses and barns. Is there anything other than the 5 round mags for theses?

While I think the Ruger is an excellent little gun with that 9 shot rotary mag, I don't want to pay Ruger prices. Just the gun alone is twice what my brother spent for rifle, bipod, strap and Mueller scope and rings.

Any suggestions?

Yea, savage sells a 10 round mag for it, they just don,t last long on the shelf..

Try 17hmrmag.com I have gotten a few from them and they work great.

Appreciate the information. Gonna get a couple for my Dad and I know my brother and I will both pick up a couple each at least.
