Boyd's Stock on a MKII FSS

Just picked up a FSS with sights. Will add a scope later but for the mean time I'm drooling over these boyd's stocks. What has to be done for them to work with these lighter barrels? Google searched and didn't find the answers I was looking for. Thanks!

Boyd,s stocks do work with the sporter barrels also, just more of a gap.

How much of a gap are we talking? Any pictures around here?

Not as much as you might think. A mate re stocked his MKII into a BRJ stock and it looked sweet.

Sorry to bring up an old post but I am thinking about the same thing. I have a MKII F that sits in the safe because I upgraded to a MKII BVT. I want to drop it into a purple or blue laminate stock for my gf to shoot. She likes shooting my rifles but I think she may enjoy it more if she has her "own".

I was worried about the gap around the barrel so if anyone has pics?
