Model 220 parts interchangable?

Will parts interchange from the 110 (or 10's) to the 220? Also the other way around? Like the bolt head, bolt assy, receiver, etc? Wondering if one could be converted to LH? Actually the thought is wondering if one could be converted to a 45-70 bolt gun?
