I have used Garry Fellers for impossible to find offset shoulder inserts with no tabs for Lyman ly-58-E front aperture sight on my original 1955 Win 75T after ordering sets from all over the country that proved to be incorrect. Check the products listings on his web site. He can work with an ink pad rendition, model #, or a sample. Contact him with your questions and needs. He is very knowledgeable, has a great inventory and can make just about anything.
