I dont want to sound dumb, a little ignorant maybe, but I have found several of these cases on the ground at the range. So tell me, what are they? Whats there story?
Mike.

A great guy at my club range has the Dillon set for this caliber. He shoots IPSC in 40 S&W and picked up an FN 57 and loved it. We've talked about some of the issues, namely the total lack of data and feedback about the caliber. He's done a ton of research and development on the caliber (for obvious reasons).

I've got to sign up for duty for '10, PM me and I'll give you my email and ask him for his, you're both breaking new ground here.

For range cleanup day in Dec, I had to tell him about the whole Ft Hood thing and the 57 involvement, I was bummed and he was even more bummed. Talk about the anti 2A's exploiting a criminal act for political purposes....

I'd be interested in a nice single-shot or bolt action chambered for this cartridge for use around the farm. The impression I get is that here at last is something in the .22 Hornet class with a modern case that will handle more reloads.
