I am assuming that you mean 6mm dia. and not 6mm-Rem. This 5 shot group was fired at 100 meters (111 yds) from my Savage 12 wearing a CBI 28" 1-8" twist in 6BR Norma. These are 58gr V-Max (dang close to 55's). This group measures .321" Center to Center, and was shot while breaking in the barrel, and hos done this sized group many times since. This barrel and bullet still shoots under .5 MOA out to 330yds (furthest I have tried grouping it so far).

And below is the Rifle for those who are interested.

Hey Boots, what scope is that?

It is an Osprey 10-40x50mm. It has treated me very well and for the money I don't know that i would find much better in the price range. I got this one on a sale at www.natchezss.com and thought it would be a good intermediate level scope for local matches. I beleive that was about 3yrs ago and it is still working great. Holds zero, passed a box test a couple of times it has been tried, and is pretty clear considering the under $150 price tag. I have not tried it on any caliber more powerful than 243AI, but from other reviews and threads on them I have read and discussed in, other owners tell me they are tough enough to handle much bigger calibers.

Hope that helps.

Stockrex, no problem and thanks for the compliment. This 6BR is one of my babies. With the exception of my nearly bone stock 12FV in 308, I seem to have great luck with 6mm stuff. I am already looking at options for a new caliber to launch a 105 Amax at better than 3500fps.

Anyway, let see some more 6mm 55gr groups from some others.
