One more time 223 on a long action ??

SS flat back CF action.

So will a PTG bolt head from midway fit a long action bolt ?
The ad says 10 or 110 for the same bolt head.
There is nothing on the SSS website I can find with conversion parts ?

Mine is a flat back, but seems to have a modern bolt or at least the rear BAF bolt is allen, IE I have a lift kit in it.

How do I set up the magazine ?? Or is there even one that will work ?
Totally lost on that part.

I know I will need a 223 bolt baffle.

What else ?

Just call them and order a fully loaded .223 bolt with the hole drilled out for the bigger firing pin and the firing pin adapter for a long action.

Hard to explain what it exactly does.

Since you have the older flatback model, you have the bigger firing pin. The new bolt head will need to be drilled out to accomodate that firing pin.
