I have been loading cast bullets for years. A today I came into 15 pounds of H4198. I have used it cast bullets for years but never in jacketed bullets what I need to know is the any load data for 223 with 55gr FMJ and 308 with a 155gr A-Max bullet. I do have Lyman data book and it does list data for 223 with a 55gr bullet.

19-21gr for that 55gr 223. Very accurate powder
