M12 extractor doesn't

Brand new M12 FV .223 Rem pulls cases out a bit, then drops them so I have to fish them out.
Not every one, but most.
Shot first time yesterday.
Is there an easy fix?

The .140 dia ball helps a lot of the times

Part two detent balls 101

Hey Shooters, Here is bolt parts 101 the pin is they ejector and the square part is they extractor, put the bolt in a vise pointing up like your looking strait at it, push they extractor towards they out side of the bolt, hold a piece of duct tape over the bolt so when the ball goes flying it will catch it, when you put the new one in hold it down with a small screwdriver and slide the screwdriver back as your sliding they extractor in, the clamping power that this oversized extractor ball gives is significant, it could make a difference between a stuck case and not.
