I was looking for a stock for the stevens 200 but I guess I am not undrstanding what is going on with them all. I understand that the actions screws are farther apart but can I mod a durmax stock to work?? Or what is in that price range to work on the new stevens center feed rifles??

The actions screws are not always farther apart. They are the same action as the savage, minus the trigger. The older ones had a 4.275" screw spacing. The newer ones have a 4.400" screw spacing.

If you have a newer model then a Duramax wont fit as is, but some on here have removed the front pillar and filled the hole, then redrilled it for the newer screw spacing. Then you also have to notch the rear pillar area to fit the "L" tab that holds in the centerfeed magbox. If you're up to it it can be done.
You can also check on Stocky's Stocks site(link is in the vendors classifieds). They stock some different stocks for the centerfeed.
