With my trigger, as long as the "safety blade" is pushed straight back, and I squeeze the trigger back I don't have a problem. You must be side loading the trigger more than you think if its enough to get it to trip the sear block. The only thing I could think at this point is maybe yours is defective? Mine doesn't seem to have any problems when I try to fire it like I would any other firearm.
