Lone Wolf, you'll have to excuse me as I tend to get carried away when it comes to nice rifles. That is by far the finest Axis I have ever seen! Is that Zeiss glass? Mcgowen pipe? Wow what a work of art, good on you man!

All components are listed in my profile. But yes McGowen barrel. SWFA SS 10x42 glass.

And thank you, can't wait to get it back on the range! Still need to pick up a 9-13in notched Harris bipod though.

Thanks LW. After looking at yours I was sincere about it being junk.

Maybe a rattle can job to spice it up? I bet it shoots great!

Not bad at all I decided to permanently bed the recoil lug into the stock tonight. She's all set up to cure overnight now.

Yes - The camo one on my 223 is wearing pretty thin I have had it awhile. I may paint it again or my neighbor does dip jobs that look real good. I want to see if he can do solid colors and he is not too expensive, maybe cheaper than paint.
