What finish product to use?????

I have a LVT stock on order from SSS. What finish product is recommended for a dull to satin finish on the stock, nothing shiney.

The classic satin finish is with the use of Rotten Stone and Linseed Oil available at just about any paint store. Mix a little together and lightly rub in with a soft cotten rag like an old tee shirt.
