Has anyone ever used a Whidden bedding block for a 110? I used one on a Rem.700 and It came out good. I was wondering, with the hard to come by stocks for the 110 if I couldn't put the bedding block in a Target model stock I have laying around........Thoughts?

Suggestion: Within the past year there have been several threads discussing the Whidden bedding block. Try a search for that term on the forum home page and you might be able to turn up some useful information that would be helpful.

Got 3. One in my XP 100 rifle stock, one in my right hand short action and one in my left hand short action. Works like a charm. No guess work. Metal to metal mounting, no bedding of the action to the block.
Open up your stock just enough for the V Block to slide in, glue it in place and you're done. Best to mount the action to the V Block, space the barrel and tang to where you want it. Couldn't ask for a better mounting system.
