Are you looking for a sporter or varminter style?

Don't beleive Duramaxx is available in LA. Since you have a LA staggerfeed, the action screw spacing is the same as a LA CF. Are you limited to a staggerfeed stock with blind magazine? Why won't a LA CF stock with DBM or HFP cut-out work? That would open up your options in solid, but economical composite stocks to B&C Carblite Classic, Houge and Stockade money-saver. Someone correct me if a Savage LA SF action won't fit and feed in a LA CF stock. An old Savage LA SF hardwood stock with a textured paint or Duracoat finish, Kick-ez recoil pad and bedding job would also make a good long range hunting stock and not break the bank. Numrich Gun Parts has a good selection.

im not sure if it will or wont work, but what would it take to convert a blind magazine to a hinged floor plate?
