Thanks...all Fred's credit. Worried about the stainless recoil lug until I put it on. I think it looks allright. Waiting on a 6.5 CSS stainless barrel (Feb.) and see what it will look like.

Kudos to SSS..... had the action in for T&T and saw the bolts on Sat. PM'd Sharpshooter about having one done. Good thing I got hold of him. Lisa shipped Mon. and said bolt was fluted Sat. night. after the PM. What GREAT service. Sha said she almost shipped before the new year but knew shipment would just sit in a facility until Monday. That little delay got me a fluted bolt immediately.

Oh...sorry it took so long for pics. I had to go read how to do it.

Did you send your bolt to SSS to be fluted or buy one from them already done.

As I said ...it usually wears a Millet Tactical 30mm tube. This was put on for the photo Millet is on my AR for coyote hunting.
