My go to load for several different 22-250 rifles has been the same for years , 38 gr , H-380 , 50 V-Max or 52 gr HPBT , very accurate and dependable on varmit size critters.

I use a case full of H4831 and seat the 52 or 55 on top so they are just touching the lands..They average around 1 inch at 200 yards this is with 1 in 9 twist 26 inch barrel..

I have a 1:14 twist Shaw barrel that really loves 45 Noslers and H380. They group much better if I don't run they wide open. I can get 0.5" average groups if I stay at 3775-3800 fps.
