Pretty cool. I bet they will fly off the shelves. Looks like side bolt release from the pics. Could be wrong though.

I think I read somewhere that they aren't going to make them for Long actions, I am currently getting supplies to make my own for a long action. I am way out still but hopefully soon.

I had to carry a AW (in 300WM) for a couple months...hated it, uncomfortable for me, some folks love 'em. Give me a McMillan any day!

That is what I have seen about these AICS chassis's, they are a love or hate relationship. I have an Mcmillan F class on order as well as 2 A5's and only one AICS. I havent shot the AICS much yet, waiting for spring to get here for some prarie dogs to come out, then I will see if I like it as much as the A5.
Anyone know which action (screw spacing) this is supposed to fit?

It does not impress me or jingle my bells.
I just dont feel the love I guess.

Never cared for the AICS, and surely would never drop nearly $1,100 to buy one. For $1,100 I can get two McSwirly's or an exhibition grade walnut stock with hand checkering.

Funny, I had an A-5 a while back and never could get comfortable with it. I absolutely love the AI classic profile. I will be building a new rifle on one of these soon.
