I took it out because it was really all about the 111--not the axis. It is a very fine rifle and I have a hogue full pillar bed stock on the way.

merry xmas to you too ; ) actually, the rifle and stock were a birthday present--from me to me-- since my b'day is tomorrow. : ) buying the 6.5- 284 norma (along with my 6.8 spc AR) were "the final straw" and I'm going to start learning reloading--this is more expensive than a heroin or cocaine habit (but just as addicting). : )
