i know this might be a dump question but can a civilian buy one of savages's fcp-k from there law enforcement line? i can not find them for sale on line anywhere.

Yes, I bought my 10FLCP-K .308 Win about a month ago from a dealer in Oklahoma through Gun Broker. There's not a lot of them out there, but they are available.
