savage edge 25-06

Hi there was wondering if anyone could help me. My father gave my son a edge 25-06 for his birthday and we found that while the magazine is loaded and the bolt in the open position that the bolt does not go back far enough to feed a round into the chamber any ideas?????:confused:

got it,thanks rifle was purchased used must be got turned when cleaning???

I remember the time I did that. I was too embarassed to say anything about it....

I had the rifle completely disassembled before I looked at the baffle & noticed the different sized sides.

Sorry..... I allowed my Polish heritage to be exposed.
