model 10 to muzzleloader?

My current Savage started life as a model 10 in 7saum. I curently switch almost everything between it being a 270wsm and a 204ruger. Is there anyway with the right parts i could also switch this to make it a .50 smokeless muzzleloader like the MLII?

the action is machined for the breach plug removal if I am not mistaken. Wouldt that mean that the locking lugs are non existant meaning that an action would be required as well as the barrel. I have no idea if I am accurate but my thought are that the stock and the trigger may be the only thing reusable. Interesting question since they look so similar from a distance.

Yes, you can convert your centerfire action to a smokeless muzzle loader. You just need the right parts. This place has them all.

Thanks ive been looking around on there tonight, lots of good info to try and figure out my options. All i know so far is my wallet is already crying.
