? on 110 30-06 CF to 6.5-284

I have a 110 CF that I would to change to a 6.5-284, will I need to change bolt head and mag box?

Shouldn't have to. If I recall correctly, the 284 case is a .473 rim same as the 30-06 and length of mag should not be a problem. should just be a simple barrel swap.
