I looked for a set of Forster dies about 6 months ago for my 204 and everybody was back ordered. I just recently purchased a 223 and have been looking for a Forster 2 Die set with the Ultra Micrometer seater and cannot find one. What is going on with Forster that they can't seem to get their products out? I have checked Midway, Sinclair, Grafs, Midsouth, Natchez, etc.

I've never had a problem getting Forster dies and have many sets in various calibers. Try calling them directly or ordering directly from their website. When i ordered directly from them, I was given a pretty precise lead time for getting my dies and it was in the 2 week range IIRC. This was for .300 BLK right when it first came out and they were the only company making them and demand was extremely high. They are a good bit more expensive ordered directly.

If you're loading for a bolt gun, may I recommend buying the seating die separately and getting the bushing bump die kit. Both are currently available at Midway.

ETA: both the Ultra seater die and the FL size die are available separately at Graf's.

Thanks helotaxi, I guess buying separate would only add $5. These are for my AR so I need the F/L. Thanks again.

You could also have Graf's and Midway send you an email when the parts are in stock. Act fast though, the 223 dies go quickly
