Factory set trigger

I have a new savage on order and was wondering what the triger pull will com from the factory.I hope it will be bettween 3-4 lbs.Being the new accustock model I dont whant to have to take the action off the stock and put it back on without haveing a tourqe wrench handy.

It's an accutrigger, right? What model is the gun you ordered? I believe the accutriggers are supposed to come from factory adjusted at the lowest setting. For most models with regular sporter barrels (like model 11, 111, 16, 116) the lowest setting is 2.5 lbs. For the varmint and law enforcement models like 12 FV, 12 VLP, 10 FP etc, the lowest setting is 1.5 lbs. Note these pull weights are the nominal values. The actual pull weight is usually a little bit higher than nominal.

111 2.5 pounds should be ok with me if that is what it will be set at
