ADVERTISING TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
SavageShooters.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (referred to as 'TOS'), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice.

2. NEW ACCOUNTS
Prior to setting up an account for you, we will look at your website to verify the content is relevant to the nature of SavageShooters.com.

3. INAPPROPRIATE LINKS
No links to known illegal activities or pornographic/adult only web sites are residing on your web pages.

4. WEB SITE CONTENT
SavageShooters.com, its owners, administrators and users are not responsible for the content of material on your web site or what you post within our forums.

5. WARRANTIES
There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, concerning the success or failure of advertising at SavageShooters.com.

6. GENERAL FORUM USAGE
Advertisers/sponsors must abide by all forum Rules and Policies (http://www.savageshooters.com/forumdisplay.php?126-Forum-Rules).

7a. ADVERTISING IN THE FORUMS (Paid Advertisers)
It is preferred that you use the Vendor Announcements & Sales forum for further promotion of your products or services to all users of SavageShooters.com. You will be allowed to post in any of the general forums as long as you are an active participant of the thread, you are trying to assist a particular user with their question by offering your product or service as a solution, and you have an active advertising campaign running with us. Generally speaking, advertising/promoting your products or services in the forums is discouraged simply because the forums would become overwhelmed with advertising, decreasing the reading pleasure of our users. As such we ask that you please limit your promotional posts to the Vendor Announcements & Sales board.

7b. ADVERTISING IN THE FORUMS (Trader Permit)
If you hold a Trader Permit you may post your items in the most appropriate board in the Member Classified's area. You will be allowed to post in any of the general forums as long as you are an active participant of the thread, you are trying to assist a particular user with their question by offering your product or service as a solution, and have an active Trader's Permit. Generally, promoting or soliciting in the discussion boards is discouraged simply because the forums would become overwhelmed with advertising, decreasing the reading pleasure of our users. As such we ask that you please limit your promotional posts to the Members Classifieds area.

8. FAILURE TO COMPLY
If, during your active campaign, a representative of your company violates these terms and/or our website's General Rules and User Agreement (http://www.savageshooters.com/showthread.php?104-General-Forum-Rules-amp-Code-of-Conduct), that person and any other known representatives of your company may have their access and/or privileges restricted temporarily or permanently.

9. EXPIRING ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
At the beginning of your campaign expiration month an email notice will be sent notifying you that your campaign will end on the last day of the month. It is your choice whether to decline or accept the start of a new campaign at which time you will need to reply back to SavageShooters.com within a timely manner so that we will have ample time to prepare and send you a renewal invoice.
