I have a model 111 in 223 remington. great shooter but would like a 204 ruger barrel.should be able to use same bolt. is this a big swap?

Are you sure it was a 111? I thught all 223's were SA so a 223 would be a model 11 action. Can LAs shoot 223s as well?

The older rifles were all long action no matter the caliber.
