Looking for someone to talk to about some factory Remington Soft Point ammo I found in a box I've had for years. There's no box, and it's some old/very old stuff. Would like to sell it, but don't know how to value it, nor do I know of a sight that has any interest in this stuff. Though I'd check here first since it's a Savage site, thanks, Slip.

It's fairly interesting stuff but not much collector's value without the box. How much of it do you have?

Gunbroker would be a good place to list it if nobody here takes it. To sell it here you will need to put an ad in the classified section.

It will sell to the reloaders on 24hr campfire/savage collectors forum. As stated, limited collector value, but correct headstamp is always desirable on these odd/old calibers.

I'm not 100% sure 18-19 round of Remington jacketed soft points. They where in a box with other old cartridges that I had forgotten years ago. Several of them got some corrosion on them as if something spilled on them, was thinking of cleaning them up in the tumbler but was unsure if that would take away from someone showing interest. Thanks for the help, Slip.

Do not clean them. That takes away value if there is any. I have a lot of old shot shells inthe boxes and ha e been told its the boxes that have value
