Ejector ?

Whats the best way to disable the ejector so I can just pull the cases off the bolt head?

take it out, or if for some reason you want to just disable it take the spring out, but I would say just rip the whole thing off your bolt head. It is very easy and quick, all you need is a 1/16th inch punch to drive out the retaining pin and it will all dump out the face. there is a tutorial on here that is also very good with pics, just search "disassemble bolt head" or something similar.
