For savage FVSR owners , threading size on the barrel?

by any chance is the FVSR 1/2" UNF threading on the barrel??

thank Boiler for the quick response. i just checked online that 1/2" UNF can have a 20tpi or 28 tpi.

what does TPI mean? and will a 1/2-20 fit on a 1/2-28, im guessing it will not :)

and yes you are correct, a 1/2-20 tpi will not fit on a 1/2-28 tpi.
