i've been calling this barrel supplier for days now with no response. they just will not answer their phone. anyone know if they are still in business? if they are they sure aren't selling much with their lame customer service.

I bought a barrel from them back in July, but haven't dealt with them since. I didn't have any problem communicating with them, they always responded quickly to emails.

I just got my two barrels shipped from them last week, they have always responded within a day to my emails.

they won't answer their phone.if they advertise a phone number they should honor that ability of communication.

I do not know it all, but I do think it is a one man business and hunting season. just a guess. vacation, funeral,, more guesses.
