Anyone ever use this powder, if so in what caliber and how did you like it?

used it on a 300 win many years ago that i use to own ,worked great

It is a very slow powder, I have used it on 7 Mag. It works well.

It works well in my 338 RUM and 338 Edge.

That's what I had planned on testing it on...I have a chance to pick up a pound...CHEAP!

Thanks to all for your input, looks like it would not be a bad move!

I use it exclusively in my 6CM and sometimes in my 260 and 300RUM

My best load with Sierra's 95g Match bullet in a 243 is with H1000. In my 7mm Mag it works just fine but not as well as Retumbo.

Works great for a medium load and is right on a OBT node.

I use it in a 6.5x284 currently and have used it in, 300wby, 30/378, 338/378. 338L, 7mmwby................................

Sounds like this is some well rounded powder, I'm picking up two pounds of it today!
I thought it was only one pound by the price, but it turns out to be 2 - 1lbs jugs!!!

I've heard lots of good talk about Retumbo, I think that will be my next test subject.....Don't you just love R&D, you get to shoot, shoot and shoot some more...never ending which is a good thing! =;)
