Purchased 111 FCNS .308 Win with accutrigger. No accustock. It has a DBM.

Aftermarket stock options? I'm going to determine is center or staggered today. Wanted to hear from those that have actually replaced a stock on a Savage 111 FCNS.

Thank you.

EDIT: Barrel stamped Savage Model 11 Cal. .308
Measured action screws at 4.4"
3rd Gen Short with DBM
Looking for Tactical Stock

Choate makes their Tactical model for the DBM centerfeeds so it would be a direct bolt-in. It has a varmint contour barrel channel though.

I'm sure it can be found cheaper if you do an online search.

Isn't the 111 a long action. Haven't seen an LA DBM from them yet. I've been looking for something myself. Check out stockade if you don't might a wait.

Sounds like you've got a centerfeed with DBM. If it's a short action and you want to stay with the DBM, then your options are fairly narrow. SSS has some nice laminated models. Stockade Gunstocks has some nice composite models, or the Choate stocked mentioned below. LOL.

The McMillan, and HS Precision stocks are another option. You could always order a B&C Medalist stock, and have SSS inlet the stock for your DBM.
