Need help with 30mm rings, 20 moa base for 60mm scope.

Looking to put a 10-50x60mm scope on a PTA, need 30mm rings and a 20 moa base.

Weaver, EGW, TPS, Nightforce etc make 20mm bases.

Everyone makes 30mm rings, from Burris sig to "tactical" 6 screws.

Looking for the best combination of bases and rings. Lots of 20 moa pic style bases have a sloppy fit with weaver style rings and vs/vs.
