110 BA 300 wm worth the $$$

I am thinking of purchasing a 110 ba in 300 mag,but have read mixed reviews.

If you own one in 300 mag

how accurate is it , any complaints , do you still own it, would you have bought a different gun instead

I don't own one but I did stay at a Holiday inn Express last night & 3 weeks ago the Savage rep was at our local range with all models including a BA. I absolutely love shooting it. The 300 Win Mag was like shooting my 270. For real..... The adjustments on the stock are nice. you can custom fit it to be comfortable. Even the hand grip could be adjusted to fit your mit.
With the brake reducing recoil as much as it did, I would even consider the 338LM version. The Savage rep said it made the 338 feel like something between the 30.06 & 300 win mag.
I went thru 2 boxes of Federal ammo with it shooting it at 100yds. The scope provided could have had a bit more magnification but sufficient. Trigger as smooth as silk. Weight was tolerable. Good for a bench gun. I wouldn't want to be running around the woods with it strapped to my back.
If I had $1900+ to spend as I wanted, it would be real high on the list, possibly numero uno.
The little bit of time I had to spend with it, I highly recommend it...
