Try getting a few boxes of factory loads in different weights and see what it does.

Called savage and they told me that ween they test guns if they shoot 2" they are good also asked them the twist rate of this gun they said it was 1:10 so 180s should shoot good. It going to be a hunting gun but I want it to shoot 3/4" or better or it's getting a barrel and well become a heavy long range thumper to punch holes and shoot deer from a blind

Let me encourage you to try more loads toward the upper range of published loads (more powder).
I don't know a thing about the 300WM but my 30-06 likes hotter (not hot) loads any way good luck.

Yap mine both shoot better with close to Max loads but work up to them with care.

Go with 73-74 grains of H 4831, federal mag primer, and Sierra BTSPs, shoots great in every 300wm I have tried. I recently coated some with Danzac, for a friend, who shoots a std Savage .300wm, and he was getting 3 shot groups at 150 yds that went under 1/2 inch. 75 grains is around max, but as state above, mags like it hot!

I have been using h4831sc and h1000 shooting hornady 180sst interlocks and 185 vld

You say you bedded the stock. Is the tang free, Is the recoil lug free on the sides and bottom nothing touching. If you are having decent groups try different OAL off the ogive.

Tag is free but the recoil lug is touching all the way around the same as I do a Remington nice a tight but should it be free on bottom and side if so I will remove some bedding and try that it going to be a little bit before I can shoot so I'm going to try some hotter loads and see. I never shot the gun before I did all the work but planed on rebarreling it if it didn't shoot but if I do it's going to get a heavy barrel and a pdog stock
