Help identifying long action

I am trying to find out about this rifle that is being offered for sale in UK.

It has been for sale for some time and also not cheap.
It has been extensively reworked with.308 1:12 30"barrel, trigger and timed by well known riflesmith.
What action is it?
Do Farrel (or similar) do a one piece 20moa rail for it?
What is availability of drop-in stocks?
Any help greatly appreciated.

It is a pre accu-trigger long action. (110)
Savage only has to actions a short and a long everything else is a variation off of them. Yes a ken Ferrel base for a flat back long action will fit.

You will have to measure the action screw spacing, because it could be an intermediate (1st generation short) action. (Also called "J" actions) If it has a screw spacing of 5.062 (measurement is in inches) than it is a long action, and there are plenty of drop in stock available. (More than likly it is a long, they are much more common.) If it has a screw spacing of 4.522 then it is an intermediate action (still a 110) and you will have to have a custom inletted stock for it.

Looking at the front baffle it appears it may be a long action ( 5.062" screw spacing) configured as a short action ( extended baffle- short mag box) for a 308 length or shorter cartridge.

front baffle has the extended bolt stop to shorten the bolt throw. would guess it is the true long action.
laser etched bolt leads me to think it is newer then the J actions also. they used a shorter bolt tube then the true long action.
Farrel or EGW base would work with your current rings.
