can any one tell me the differnce in the new bottom bolt release sear - operation
or maybe even post a pic or a link to a pic ?
they have some 223's on sale at my local gun shop with this new type action
I'd like to know a little more before buying one
I,m trying to decide between one of these & a older LA 110 223 I found for sale
the new one is 1/9 the old 110 is 1/12
thanks for any responces

The sear works exactly the same, what is diferent is how the bolt release pushes against the sear.
If you looking to modify the newer version, you may want to think twice, as the newer version doesn't have the side cutout for the flag/bolt release. The sears are very hard, and brittle, if you would try to bend one to fit around the action you may find that it breaks before it bends.

Most of them, the ones without the accustock, and the one without the fancy wood stocks.
Look on the web site. .
