LA bolt head in SA

I was sure I was reading about this before but can't seem to find it.

Looking to put a 223 WSSM on a LH SA. I have a complete LH LA Mag bolt head but, haven't been able to locate a LH SA bolt head.

Any tricks for using a LA bolt head in a SA ??

The bolt heads are different, you'll have to shorten the shank to make a LA work in the SA bolt. I think you'll also need a SA magnum firing pin assembly. They are different than the standard and 223 sized SA firing pin assemblies.

So I need the bolt head and firing pin for a LH 16 WSM for my WSSM, correct ??

A LH WSM bolt head will only work if it is a newer push feed bolt head. A CRF bolt head won't work. You may have to order one from SSS or shorten the shank of a LH LA one.

Yes, on the firing pin. You'll need one from a WSM.
