Who to use to rechamber a barrel

I am trying to get a barrel rechambered from 308 Win to 300 WSM before deer season kicks off. I cannot find any contact info for Devin at Sin Arms, I sent him an email weeks ago with no reply im sure hes busy. Anyone use Keven Rayhill or have contact info on him.
