Weaver T24 or T36 are good entry level target scopes; reliable 1/8 clicks and decent (not great) glass. The Weaver V16 used to be one of the great unsung values for a varmint/target scope - available both with a medium duplex or with a target dot reticle and 1/4 clicks on 'hunter' turrets.

The 'higher end' Vortex scopes that I have - Viper PST 6-24x SFP EBR-1 w/ .1 mil clicks, and Razor HD 5-20x FFP EBR-3 w/ .1 mil clicks, are vey nice scopes, but both way out of the price range you're probably looking for. I don't have any first-hand experience with the ones like MOA listed, unfortunately.

did you win the scope? If not look at the Sightron SII 24x or 36x fixed scope
or an SIII 20x fixed
I am eyeing those myself
