Good Scope for $400 or less

Hello all! I am looking for a good scope to shoot 600 yards and under for $400 or less. I am not looking for tacticool so I don't need mildots or a lighted reticle. I would like some descent target style turrets, paralax adjustment either on the side or objective and enough power to see the target at 600yds. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

for just a little more you can get a 6.5-20X50 30 mm tube vortex viper and it is one heck of a scope or you can look at there smaller scopes and find one that will meet your needs.

Well just to update this I finally pulled the trigger so to speak on a scope. I just ordered a Vortex Viper PA 6.5-20x44 since they are on sale for $280 through Cameraland. Can't wait for it to get here.
