Long action magnum magazines

I want to build a 7rsaum using a long action. Will the centerfeed magnum magazines feed the 7rsaum cartridge loaded with the Berger hybrids? My concern is the added diameter of the cartridge brass- would the width of a magnum magazine have enough width to allow the 7rsaum brass to cycle ?
