I recently found a HS precision stock off of a 110 FCP .338 LM for sale and I was wondering if it would work for me. I have a 110 .300 win mag staggerfeed that I am rebarreling and turning into a long range rifle. I would like to use some sort of DBM. Could I use the Accurate Mag DBM that the stock is inletted for? Is there any major reason I couldn't do this conversion? What would need to be done to my action to convert it to a DBM? I have talked to Accurate Mag and a sales girl at CDI and they both said their bottom metal is the same for both .300 win mag and .338 LM.

Where did you find it? I will need to look at it to see if it will fit!

I found it on LRH, but there are no pics. I can get pics from the seller, but it is a brand new stock off of a new 110 FCP .338 LM. It came with \is inletted for the Accurate Mag DBM.

My bet is it works...a 110 is a 110

I do know that the short action sharp shooter mags work with the stagger or center fed actions. I'm thinking the worst that would happen is you take a grinder and do a little clearacing. Kote it and be done.

I have a stock like yours and I've put it on my 264 Win center feed and a 20.06 staggerfeed and it works on both. You will have to bend the top of the magazine to fit the 300 win mag. Not much, just enough that it doesn't scratch the cases.
