Can a savage small shank sporter 243. win be cut down to 6 br.

dont think there is enough meat left on barrel to rechamber and thread correctly.

If it was a heavy target blank you should be able to ,assuming u keep recoil log at factory specs

I'm guessing since he specifically stated it's a sporter that it's not a heavy target blank. :boink: :p

maybe just barley. I have one that was done.
