338 rum repeater issue resolved

Milled an extra .2" in the bottom of the action and extended the mag. Waiting on a .040 cutter to come in for the mag box groove. Pics will be up soon.

I did the same thing when I built my Edge and I also shortened the right side of the front baffle for more bolt travel. I carefully re-cut the slot for the magazine box with a Dremel cut off disc. I then cut two magazines and TIG welded them back together to make a box .250" longer than the factory RUM magazine. I also milled a new longer follower out of aluminum. The reworked action and mag will handle 4" long rounds.
