Which dremel attachment/polishing compound to polish bolt parts?

Just picked a variable speed dremel to help polish the cocking sleeve, inner bolt raceway. cocking ramp etc.

Which attachments are useful for this?

What kind/grit of lapping or polishing compound would work best?

Cratex rubberized abrasive cones and cylinders work superbly.
